Doc #4: Place a Service Call

        PLACE A SERVICE CALL

        Locate the Equipment

        Login to the HIVEQR App if not already open

        Click “Place Service Call”

        SCAN QR CODE

        Click on “Scan QR Code”

        Camera Opens (Allow while using App)

        Scan the QR code on Decal

        This is a unique identifier for this unit and its’ location

        If it says not authorized Contact your Admin to Ensure you are set up. If no QR code or QR decal is damaged (not readable) tap on Search to find the equipment

        If QR decal is damaged, please note on your Service Request that you need a Replacement Decal
