Doc #5: Place Service Call When Decal is Damaged or Missing
PLACING A SERVICE CALL WHEN DECAL IS DAMAGED OR MISSING
- Verify the Units Information is correct
- No QR Decal or Decal damaged, Click Search
- Enter three (3) Digits/Letters to search for Equipment
- Choose the Correct Equipment and tap the Check Mark
- Click Yes to Place the Service Call, or Click No to Cancel the Service Call.
- Confirm "Unit Operational" Yes or No
Description of Service Call
- Under Description, type in the issue(s) of the Unit
- Describe as much detail as possible.
- Click on Send
