Doc #5: Place Service Call When Decal is Damaged or Missing

PLACING A SERVICE CALL WHEN DECAL IS DAMAGED OR MISSING

  1.     Verify the Units Information is correct
  2.     No QR Decal or Decal damaged, Click Search
  3.     Enter three (3) Digits/Letters to search for Equipment
  4.     Choose the Correct Equipment and tap the Check Mark
  5.     Click Yes to Place the Service Call, or Click No to Cancel the Service Call.
  6.     Confirm "Unit Operational"    Yes or No  

Description of Service Call

  1.     Under Description, type in the issue(s) of the Unit
  2.     Describe as much detail as possible.
  3.     Click on Send
