PHOTO

  1. Tap the camera button on the top section of the screen (it is necessary to take 1 photo to continue placing the call)
  2. Take a Picture of the Issue (this will help to ensure Technician has Parts)
  3. If unable to take Picture because of location of Issue, then take a Picture of the Equipment.
  4. Tap the Next Button
  5. Tap Send
