Doc #7: Existing Service Call New Service Call

Existing Service Call

  1. If Service Call was already placed, the screen shows call details
  2. Click “View” for details
  3. Click “Finish”

New Service Call

  1. A New Service Call will display as “New Call”
  2. The Next Item will display the Unit as being “Up or Down”
  3. A Description of the unit’s problem is displayed next.
  4. Confirm all information is correct
