Existing Service Call
- If Service Call was already placed, the screen shows call details
- Click “View” for details
- Click “Finish”
New Service Call
- A New Service Call will display as “New Call”
- The Next Item will display the Unit as being “Up or Down”
- A Description of the unit’s problem is displayed next.
- Confirm all information is correct
