Doc #2: Logging in to the App

LOGGING IN:

NOTE: IT IS IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER TO "ALWAYS USE LOWERCASE LETTERS" WHEN LOGGING IN TO HIVEQR

1.     Your Implementation Specialist will give you your temporary password

        If you are not set up by an Implementation Specialist your temporary email will be H!v3QR; be sure to change your password!!

 2.     In lowercase letters log in with the temporary password, then log out of the app.

3.     Enter your user name in lowercase letters

4.     Click “Forgot Password”

5.     You will be prompted to enter your username again and a code will be sent to your email

6.     Once you retrieve your code enter it in the “Code Validation” field

7.     You will now be prompted to enter your new password

8.     You are now ready to log in and start utilizing the app

NOTE: Once you have logged into the app you do not need to log out. This keeps the app ready to use as needed.
