Doc #6: Begin Service Call
"View" Service Call:
- "View" the Existing Service Call
- View the Call Click "Back" or "On-Site"
- Close the App Do Not Sign Out!
- Begin your repair of the unit, when done open the App
- Click on "Action"
- Under "Unit Operational" tap on "Yes" or "No"
- Enter a brief description of the work performed
- Click "Complete" or "Not Complete"
- Click on "Yes" or "No" in the Information Window for Service Completed. This action closes the call.
