Doc #7: Completed on 1st Call/Visit

Completed on 1st Call/Visit:

  1. If you complete the repair on the first visit
    1. Open the "App" and scan the HIVEQR decal on the unit
    2. Begin or Continue Service Call? Click "Yes"
    3. Top center of the screen click on "Action"
    4. "Service Comments" screen opens
    5. "Unit Operational" choose
    6. Enter or talk to text your "Brief Comment" (i.e., replaced hose, unit back in service)
    7. HIVEQR immediately communicates to the client and dispatcher your comments
    8. Hit "Completed" button in bottom left corner
    9. "Service Completed" click "Yes" (pop up window)
