Completed on 1st Call/Visit:
- If you complete the repair on the first visit
- Open the "App" and scan the HIVEQR decal on the unit
- Begin or Continue Service Call? Click "Yes"
- Top center of the screen click on "Action"
- "Service Comments" screen opens
- "Unit Operational" choose
- Enter or talk to text your "Brief Comment" (i.e., replaced hose, unit back in service)
- HIVEQR immediately communicates to the client and dispatcher your comments
- Hit "Completed" button in bottom left corner
- "Service Completed" click "Yes" (pop up window)
