Doc #8: Service Call "Not Completed"
Call "Not Completed":
- If you are not able to complete on the first visit
- Scan the HIVEQR decal on the unit
- Begin or Continue Service Call? Click
- Top center of the screen click on the "Action" button
- "Service Comments" screen opens (note: "Unit Operational")
- Enter or talk to text you "Brief Comment" why "Not Complete" (i.e., Leaving for parts, parts on order, etc.)
- Those comments are tracked under the tracking button for future calls.
- HIVEQR immediately communicates to the client and dispatcher your comments
- Hit "Not Completed" button in bottom left corner
- "Service Not Completed" click "Yes"
- This changes the call status to not complete for both the customer and dispatch
