Doc #8: Service Call "Not Completed"

Call "Not Completed":

  1. If you are not able to complete on the first visit
    1. Scan the HIVEQR decal on the unit
    2. Begin or Continue Service Call? Click
    3. Top center of the screen click on the "Action" button
    4. "Service Comments" screen opens (note: "Unit Operational")
    5. Enter or talk to text you "Brief Comment" why "Not Complete" (i.e., Leaving for parts, parts on order, etc.)
    6. Those comments are tracked under the tracking button for future calls.
    7. HIVEQR immediately communicates to the client and dispatcher your comments
    8. Hit "Not Completed" button in bottom left corner
    9. "Service Not Completed" click "Yes"
    10. This changes the call status to not complete for both the customer and dispatch
