Doc #9: "Not Complete"

Viewing Calls - "Not Complete":

  1. View prior "Not Complete" call
  2. Click On-Site 
  3. Close the App Do Not Sign Out!
  4. Begin your repair of the unit, when done open the App
  5. Click on "Action"
  6. Under "Unit Operational" tap on "Yes" or "No"
  7. Enter a brief description of the work performed 
  8. Click "Complete" or "Not Complete"
  9. Click on "Yes" or "No" in the Information Window for Service Completed.  This action closes the call.
