Dispatch to Tech Service Call Emails

Dispatch to Tech Service Call Emails: 

When a service call is placed, in the portal, the dispatcher will:

  1. click on the edit button on the dashboard,
  2. then click the "Forward Email To Tech" button.
  3. In the "Message to Send" field type a brief message to the tech, you can also inform of a PM coming due. 
  4. Select the correct technician from the "User List"  
  5. click "Send Mail".  

This feature gives the technician the ability to review the information and prep for the call prior to arriving on site.  This helps to accomplish first call completion.
