"NEW FEATURE" Service Call Email
Technicians are now receiving the "Service Call Email".
Receiving the email provides you the opportunity to better prepare for the call by ensuring you have all of the parts necessary for the repair. If you don't have the parts necessary you can communicate this to the Dispatcher so they can send another tech to the call or, give you the opportunity to return to the shop to pick up the parts necessary.
As you will see in the email below, you are provided with a work order number if already issued, a message from the dispatcher if entered, the customer: name, location, phone number, the units: make, model serial number. Whether the unit is up or down (prioritize response to the call), the issue, the person placing the call, photo(s) of the issue, the location of the unit at the time call was placed and the dispatcher.
